There will be 1 website, 25 users and 1 admin. Each of the users has its own login information. Once a user is logged in, they see 2 thing: a timer (counter down) and a input field. The timer has to start for all users, when the admin press "Start". If the user is logged in, he can see his own clock counting down (he can't see the clocks of the others). He can use codes of 12 digits (a-z, 0-9) in the input field. If the code is succesfull, 15 minutes is added to the counting clock. When the clock reaches 0, no more codes can be inputted. However, the clocks keeps going on in negative (red). Tell me if you can me this, and your price.
