Convert completely ready sitemap/content/design to functional Wordpress website

That includes: a) finalized content for homepage and each page, prepared for specific layouts in mind b) Excel doc with full sitemap, c) template and plugin files, d) detailed instructions on how to configure the template (including color codes, header types, layout elements, etc). You will NOT be requested of any changes after this, unless you will paid extra. The purpose is to work together, once-off and as efficiently as possible. BUT, upon delivery, the project in order to be closed, you will be required to execute all necessary fine-tuning and offer a ready and professional result. That means: performing all necessary adjustments such as (html very basic tweaking, adding extra CSS classes and writing CSS. The final deliverable will must meet the following criteria: - Pixel perfect in terms of margins and padding. - No left overs of wrong typography, either in font-family or styling - Appropriately adjustment of content. No paragraphs with Shift+Enter, or bulletlists with text instead of li/ol tags. - Adjusted mobile and tablet version: proper alignment of texts and layout elements, slide-show and font sizes. For all the above you will receive properly organized information and content.
