Convert a Template to a Website

Please note this is very small project as the product is already ready but I need to make some customizations into it. Since I am new to magento, I have to hire someone who can do the job efficiently and professionally. I request you to go through all the details and then bid and also consider that there might be small gaps which can come up later as changes. Please do not post fake bids to get the project awarded and cry later. I don’t have time to run behind someone. Also note that, payment will be released upon 100% completion of the project and if you cannot complete the same, do not bid. I also expect the timely updates from whom the will be awarded to.
