Replicate the attached Excel simulator using cloud computing so that it is snappy. This excel tool is VERY slow because of all the data. We ONLY want it developed online if you have experience using cloud computing to speed things up. I have never done this before, so I am concerned it's not possible OR that someone will quote on it and doesn't know how to speed it up properly so that the online tool is useless. The only reason to duplicate this online is to speed it up, so that is the primary goal. I don't know too much about cloud computing, but thinking we might need AWS or GCE for this. As part of the work, I want to discuss how much our hosting options will cost. If hosting will cost us $10k/month to make this snappy, then we need another way to do it. I know with GCE we can pay per minute and I expect this tool to only get sporadic use (maybe 1-2 hours the first day, and then 5-10 hours per month afterwards).

Hi, Please reupload the excel files. I have experience converting the excel calculation files to Web app so that you work first. Now few thin you don't need cloud computing. It's a bit different concept. Was is offering cloud store with distributed DNS. What you need is an Web app with sql database to store your data. Then with sql query or php code youe can do the calculation automatically. Please message me for detail discussion.
