I have attached some general guidelines for a plugin that I would like to have created Scope: Create a CakePHP3 Plugin that will allow two users communicate with each other. Requirements 1. Plugin must be created using CakePHP3 2. Provide a live feed, meaning that when someone types something and sends it the other user sees it without having to refresh their page. 3. The chat bar must stick to the bottom of the page below the footer. 4. Track the two users, message, and time of creation. 5. Track different active and inactive conversations 6. Contain its own CSS file for styling 7. Responsive/mobile friendly Allowed Features  Open Source Projects that a commercial website will not violate  JQuery / AJAX / PHP  I am open to suggestions
