on newly installed Joomla 3.5 site with all necessary modules, components for a web listing agency to help local realtors post their property for sale and rent. Some base features needed are but not limited to: - Each Realtor (User) must register to create an account with the listing agency, and pay for the service (monthly, discounts for 3 month/contract, 6 month/contract, 1 year/contract). - Contract will be renew at the end of each term, charged by CC on file, and remind User by sending email automatically in advance. - Realtors (Users) can access front-end to post their properties. - Other useful features are welcome.
