Build a two page website with some coding

Project Description: This project is to create a two page website which includes some coding. I am happy for the format to be wordpress. Page One Users enter their vehicle registration number, vehicle make and email address in to separate boxes, and when the users presses enter data is called for from the following website [login to view URL] We do not think that an api is available for this site at present so it will probably require a screen scrape script with e.g. phantomjs you could get the data out by parsing the HTML although I am no expert so you can advise on the most effective solution please. This page will have a banner (supplied by us) at the top and blank columns at each side to allow for advertising. The user email address will be captured to a database so this must be entered to use the facility, we also want a user tick box opt in to receive a reminder email. Page Two Returns the results to the user which are date of expiry for MOT and Tax. Again this information is from [login to view URL] so a screen scrape or other suitable solution required. Page also has banner and advertising as before We want to show on our page just the information from the green boxes that are headed Taxed and MOT, we also want to capture the information in the boxes and email that to the user if they opt in to having the reminder email. The dates in the green boxes have to be captured and sent to the database along with the email address.
