I do not want to alter another persons theme, I want a custom responsive website. The website must have the following -intro screen asking users to verify that they are 21 years of age - custom theme panel/CMS to control all aspects of the site -Eight Pages (HOME, ABOUT, WINE, VODKA, BUY ONLINE, LOCATE, SIGN UP, CONTACT) - I would like the Wine and Vodka Page to have a similar layout to [login to view URL] (Without the 'you might also enjoy section') - I would like the wine and vodka page to be able to list multiple flavors on one page, similar to [login to view URL] -want the website format similar to [login to view URL] except i want the menu at the header, not the footer. -Social Media Icons centered at bottom - I would like the website colors to be customizable thru the theme panel - must have a shopping cart - I would like the site to be black and white with option to change colors thru theme panel. As far as design is concerned if you want to make design in photoshop then code them to make wordpress site then I must say it is a long process and it will take around 10-15 days roughly.
