Hi, I would be interested in helping you with this project. I cannot do it for $30 or less, and so I had to place a more appropriate bid for this project given the amount of the work (it's going to take me a little more then a single hour to complete). I propose using a free open source PHP library called FPDF to create the PDF files using PHP. I have several years experience working with the full LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP), as well as experience in various other programming and scripting languages such as Perl, Python, C/C++, Java, etc... I've been working at least 5 years as an Independent Contractor for Boomdizzle (a social music hip hop website). I help maintain their servers, create static and dynamic web pages and themes based on designs that they give me, etc...
