We have a running website with real estate built on wordpress and using the real-places-responsive-wordpress-real-estate-theme theme we have a few issues we need to solve. after this project is dont we have desire to expand a little bit so there will be more work and i would like to find someone who would commit to us because we are in need someone experienced in php/mysql/wordpress who would sometimes help us with an issue. 1. PDF generation - We have made a custom script for every listing that lets the user generate the PDF file of the current listing and sends it to their email. We are using the tc pdf library to do that. The coder that did that was kinda messy and he added the script into a wordpress core file in the wp-admin folder that both didnt work for non-admin users of the website it also got overwritten in the next update.. we will need to move it and adjust it a little so that people can actually use it. its mostly done and working. just needs tweaking 2. Listing IMAGE UPLOAD - i need to solve a bit issue maybe its simple I am not sure. we imported a larger number of listings (around 2000 now) and since its wordpress it put all in one giant folder YEAR/MONTH/ and we have like 50 000 images now and wordpress even created thumbnails so its like 5x the amount and it makes the server crash sometimes or load slow when updating images. is there maybe some module that would put images into different folders and not use the Wordpress image upload system that puts everything into one folder? If its possible to change I would be glad to do so. 3. MAP TOO MANY ENTRIES - i would like to limit the map of this theem to lets say 50 listing because as its now it loads 2000~ listings with images also and it takes around 20seconds to do so so we have the map turned off for now. These are the main issues we have now, there are some minor buggs but those can be dealt with later.
