Build Shopify App for DHL Fulfillment & Tracking

We need a Shopify Application that will take Orders from Within the Shopify Account and Submit the Order to DHL Fulfillment. Then once the order has been Fulfilled in DHL take the Tracking and submit the tracking back into Shopify. This Project / Plugin will Have Multiple Progressing Stages and will require On-Going Support - Future stages -- Ability to Create Kits/Bundles That will break down into Various Simple Products. -- Ability to Edit Orders once Submitted for Fulfillment with DHL (If Possible via API) -- Ability to Cancel Orders once Submitted for Fulfillment with DHL (If Possible via API) Project Preferences - Prefer the Framework to be Laravel for Coding - Application will be used for a Private Client we will own all source code used - Application may be used in the Shopify Marketplace If so a Contract will be set up between yourself and MediaMonsters on Monthly Retainer to Maintain Support and Build out the Application further
