Booking Plugin for my Wordpress page

Order form On our page [login to view URL] client can order taxi „to the airport” and „from the airport”. In this case user have ordered to the airport. He fill out the form and click an book now. Now wordpress will send me this form with all details to my email: info@airtransfer.at. In my inbox i check incoming orders. After an short check if all is filled right, i put the informations to my google calendar. google calendar now i create an event in my google calendar witht he information i get in order form. Name, Adress, Phone, Price. If user select in form Return pick-up YES, i need also book return information as well. If client leave an comment in form, i write this also in calender so the driver know when something special i needed from client. What i need. what we need is an plugin/programm that to this task automatically. So the plugin/programm need to do this steps: 1. So every event will be automatically book to my calendar. So its important to setup this event right so the informations are insert in right place in calendar. Its also good if you can setup that the programm puts order direct to my calendar.
