Add one more textbox into a laravel blog script and save entered value to mysql

Hi, This is 10 to 15 minutes of task for any laravel professional. I have a viral media script which i purchased from codecanyon and i simply want to add one more text box in which i can enter custom value and that should be saved into the mysql table which is already there. You don't need to create any table or form instead you simply have to allow me to insert a value manually which is right now inserted automatically. Just let me know if you can achieve this, I need this done immediately. Check the attached screenshot to get an idea of what i want. Thanks.
