Hi! It's a simple job to add contactivity to a contact form. Hope I explain it clear enough... We have a contact form to collect Name/Email/Phone of users interested in some articles on our Wordpress website. It's just HTML/CSS for now so it doesnt really work yet, doesnt send the data to an Email adress, so we need to make it work so we will get to our Email box every time someone fills the form (so we will get the Name/Email/Phone they leave). We need a fix that will enable to use that form we have in several different articles so we will get to our company Email data of contact forms that people send from several articles. So we need to get data about [login to view URL] page (maybe with UTM of the page?) the user filled the form [login to view URL] Name [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Please contact us only if you understand and know how to do that so we can use the contact form on many pages on our wordpress website and get data to oue Email from every time someone filled the form in the different web pages.
