XOOPS project: Add Google GeoAPI & Create PHP XML from MySQL

Background: This is a three part project for an individual with experience in XOOPS, PHP, MySQL, XML exports, Google Geo API, RedHat, and VNC. Knowledge of XOOPS is very important. Our site, [login to view URL] is built with a Japanese version of XOOPS that has been significantly modified. We are going to need someone who can continue to modify it, adding functionality, and capable of optimizing it for better speed. The site and database are hosted on two dedicated Linux RedHat servers (a web sever and a database server) This project has THREE PARTS: 1.) Set up VNC so we can remotely (and securely) access both of our 2 RedHat servers (web server & database server). Note: the database server does not have a public IP, so we currently access it through the web server using Telnet. We have tried TeamViewer but are dissatisfied with it and need you to install some form of GUI VNC. 2.) Set XOOPS up to work with Google's Geo API A.) Add necessary fields for Google Geo API to existing XOOPS/MySQL system for GPS latitude, longitude(float) B.) Modify XOOPS interface so that when a new address is added (by our staff or site user) in to XOOPS, it receives a Geo Code. (Including an error message if done incorrectly - to redo.) C.) Populate the GPS Geo data for existing 80,000 addresses in MySQL (including a report of any errors so we can fix by hand (ourselves) later.) 3.) Create PHP XML Output from MySQL Set up a web URL that responds with XML Data -- Must be a response from Server in XML Format, NOT Just Export From Database.
