Wordpress/Thesis Expert Needed to Make a Few Tweaks

I'm needed someone with a *VERY* good understanding of wordpress and thesis to make a few changes to my blog. I've tried to make the changes myself - but for some reason they aren't working. I need to for the "nofollow" tag to be taken off my post_tags and off of my comment links. The Yoast SEO plugin I'm using SHOULD have over-ridden the nofollow on the post_tags -- but it didn't. That leads me to believe it needs to be changed somewhere in the theme or functions file. Just not sure because I cannot find the issue. I believe removing the nofollow from links/urls in comments is super easy for someone that knows what they are doing. I found several articles that show you how to do it in like 2 minutes - but I would rather have someone that knows what they are doing fix it. This might be 30 minutes of work - if that - especially if you *REALLY* are a wordpress/thesis pro, that's why they budget is smaller. Thanks.
