Ubercart to WordPress Migration Quick Start

Very tight deadline project, quick start. Project consists on migrating existing e-commerce functionality / all products from a "Drupal Ubercart e-commerce site" into a "WordPress e-commerce solution" , eg wp-commerce. The WordPress theme has been fully completed and most content migrated. There is full access to database and files from current site. There should be around 400+ items. Orders are send by email and processed offline, no online payment needed. The deadline is Dec 5 for product migration completion and Dec 6 for all functionality tested. Project will be started today, very quickly.
