BlackBerry Website Launch

What I am looking for is a small program to operate on the BlackBerry produced by RIM. We have a web site called BBerryOne which is a BlackBerry directory. What I want is a program our visitors can download and install on their BlackBerry to do the following: 1) Install an icon of our logo on the BlackBerry desktop. If the developer identifies the required dimensions by pixel, I can supply the .ico file. 2) When the icon is initiated it will open the BlackBerry browser and automatically go to our website [login to view URL] 3) On the desktop, when the scroll wheel moves over the icon, the name BBerryOne appears at the top of the screen similar to all other programs. 4) I want our URL hardcoded into the program, I don't want people to be able to change it. That's it. I've seen similar programs on the internet that do this but was unable to reach the developer to see if they would do a commercial product. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Needs to run on the BlackBerry platform produced by Research in Motion (RIM).
