Stock control program

*Note- sorry, but is it possible that i can have this program ASAP.* I was wandering if someone can create me a simple stock control system consisting of MS Access and MS Excel The MS Access rogram will act as a real-ytime database and also as a virtual scanner i.e. for the scanner instead of scanning a barcode with a scanning device, the MS Access program will create a function where the user is ask “Please enter barcode ID:?? etc. Then once the user inputs all the details i.e. barcode id, quantity etc, that data will get transmitted to the MS Access real-time database that will contain various tables, Every transaction that takes place on the Virtual Scanner, the database will get updated. Furthermore, in the database, if stock has low quantity or out of stock, that information should be transmitted to the Virtual Scanner, i.e. if the user inputs a barcode with quantity 3 but the database only holds 2, the program must display either message: “Out of stock??, “Low Quantity??. Furthermore, if there are items within the item table are one month before out of date i want it higlighted so that the user wll notice it. If there are 10 or more items that are low or out of stock then those items in the database will be transmitted to a excel program which will create a new-purchase list will cost and totals from the data in the database program. *PLEASE READ THE ATTACHED FILE FOR A MS ACCESS TEMPLATE THAT I WANT YOU TO COMPLETE, PLUS WITH MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS.
