I'm looking for a database program to be designed in MS Access 2003. The program will be used to maintain a list of government registration numbers and will need to complete a few functions. 1) The program will need to be designed to upload excel spreadsheets that contain the following information: Supplier Name and Registration number. Spreadsheets will be continuously uploaded throughout the year. 2) The second button will analyze the database and delete any records where both the Supplier Name and Registration Number are the same. It will also format the GST/HST numbers as xxx-xxx-xxx and format the QST numbers as xxx-xxx-xxxx). 3) Will be a query button which will open to a new page entitled either GST/HST Registration Number Inquiry or QST Registration Number Inquiry. Here the user will be able to type in the name of a supplier or the first few letters of the name of a supplier and registration numbers for those particular suppliers will appear so the user can scroll through to find the appropriate one.
