program: webpage maker

A simple design for a programmer....nothing too elaborate: We need a program that will auto generate html webpages based on a list of user defined keywords. The 'master' or 'template' webpage needs to be user editable, outside the program. This template will be used to generate the pages. Program Specifications: User Enters: website name description category main keyword url of header image url of footer image full keyword list (1 - 1000 keywords/phrases) directory of where to build the webpages Output: -one webpage for each keyword/phrase in the format: [login to view URL] -all webpages output in a folder named 'category' -title meta tag of each webpage in the format: 'category' - 'keyword/phase' -description meta tag of each webpage in the format: 'keyword' - 'category' - 'description' -keyword meta tag of each webpage in the format: 'category' - 'keyword' -a site map link box at the bottom of every page with individual links to each keyword in the category -one comment tag in the format <!--- category - keyword ----> -one alt tag for each image (header and footer) in the format: alt="category - keyword" -search engine results (20) at the bottom based on each page's individual 'keyword' -generated html code must be valid Once again, the 'template' page must be user editable and still include the regions of auto generated content. User must be able to open template page and design their own template page, while still keeping the generated regions intact. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform program must run on Windows XP - pages generated for UNIX or WINDOWS server
