PAYPAL SIMILAR SCRIPT modifications!

Just bought a Paypay similar script, ( check [login to view URL]) and I want to add : 1. add a subscription feature for the monthly/weekly/yearly/etc members, 2. IP verification features (shwon on the page) that also records where the members comes from and inform the admin if that user changes country( on/off) 3. add a shopping cart to the script that can be integrated in the payment orders. 4. add the ability to change the payment methods ( add new ways manually) 5. add the ability to deposit money through buying a Money card that is generated by the script and entered in a secure database, and when the card is sold in the noraml shops that customer can enter the serial numbers inside it to credit thier accounts ( I am open to suggestions) and then the card is marked as used in the Database along with date/name/Ip etc.. The card will be sold through resellers and the resellers will get thier percentage( make it changable in the admin area) after the card is being used by the customars and the resllers account will be charged the amount of the card ( original cost of the card) less his profit( credit should go directly in the reseller account) . Please also Make a reseller specail page( and a special database) when a person wants to be a reseller they will have to apply for it through a form and that they have to make an upfront payment of X( decided in the admin resleers are), then the reseller will get a Reseller typ of accounbt (normal acoount with reseller feature) the resller member page should have a SEND ME CARDS buttom that allows him to ask for X money cards with Y ammount. 6. I want to remove all Firmpay words in the script so it looks more professional. 7. I want to add some security to the script , please suggest. i will be happy to add anything you suggest for additional money. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
