Mailer Program

I need a mailer software for marketing purposes for customers. It must be able to store multiple email addresses and personal information. It should also be able to send the email to any email server. This project would require two versions of the software, one is a demo of this software, and the other is the actual software. Below are the specs * Store multiple email addresses including first name, last name, company name, phone number, fax number. * Store multiple messages so that a user can retrieve a previous message, and be able to re-run it. * The software should be able to take a message, mail it to each users in the database, and be able to customize each message for that user like below * Must have a import function from CSV file to the email addresses database. * The software should email each user utilizing BCC so that other users cannot get other people's email addresses. Legend %first_name% = first_name in databases %last_name% = last_name in datbases....and so on Email Message: Hey %name% please check your functions codes for your %company%. Output when Jason gets the email message: Hey Jason please check your function codes for Netexceed. * The software should be able to utlize a SMTP server with authenication and a delay function (in secs) between each email sent, so mail servers don't think it's an email bomb. * Should allow attachments, also. * Must have a very nice gui, and wizards. Utilize Windows XP icons or something similar, must have the Netexceed logo and titles on the program. * The demo version should only allow ten email addresses to be stored, and must have a Netexceed watermark on every email sent out. Messages cannot be stored either More info will be provided, but these are the basics functions ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All Windows platforms
