Web-Based Software For Performing Energy Audits

My Energy Services company is looking to build a web based software to help us perform energy audits. An energy audit is where we go to buildings, look at their current lighting systems and see if we can't upgrade them to more energy efficient lighting systems. It consists of performing a count on the existing lights & fixture types, choosing which fixtures to replace the existing fixtures with, demonstrating how much energy the upgrade with save, and how much it will cost. Most all of the functions of this software can be done in Excel, so there is a lot of conditional forms, drop-down list selections, data entry and calculations, etc. The software needs to allow for the following: - Password protected entry - Create 'New Projects' that follow a 6 step process for completion - Enter existing fixture details and save into line-item tables - Upload pictures - Auto-populating fields based on certain selections - Price items and calculate costs - Allow for drop-down menu options by referencing a collective database - Submitting forms to move on to the next step - Auto-generating totals, calculations, and basic graphs - Auto-generating .pdf proposals by 'click of a button' with custom generated data I know the instruction is very general, but I will work with the winning service provider and provide a software specification to detail everything we want done.
