Simple Website with Flash Animation

We are a small toy company based in Portland, Oregon USA. [login to view URL] We need a simple website built for a new product of ours, The Bass Popper. Much of the graphics assets are already produced. This would be a matter of manipulating our existing art and minimal graphic design work. Here’s a rough outline. I’d make it very simple animation, and NOT over produced. Needs that folksy, with a backwoods look and feel. Landing Page: <scene opens with bobber floating on lake; birds chirping; calm and peaceful setting> <SFX of line spinning off of fishing real, bobber disappears and water changes from calm to ringlets showing movement> <Bass Popper violently jumps out of water and spits out the bobber ball> <Voice over from Bubba says: Houeeee! I got a Bass Popper!> <cut to hero shot of the Bass Popper with no ball in mouth. Simple instructions show us how the product works> <animated ball goes into mouth> <voice over or graphics> : Load ball into mouth <five other balls pop up onto screen with the “popping” sound as each appears> <voice over or graphics>: includes six soft foam balls <animated hand squeezes middle of Bass Popper to launch ball> <voice over or graphics>: Just squeeze to launch—shoots up to 20 feet! <quick cuts to wooden plaques with trophy heads that pop up in sequence over fireplace or some other woodsy background (i.e. fire place from log cabin). Or could just be photo frames to show some “catch”> <voice over or graphics>: Dads <show graphic of dad’s head on plaque or photo frame> <voice over or graphics>: Kids <voice over or graphics>: Anglers <this image should be a “mom”> <voice over or graphics>: Grandpa <voice over or graphics>: Grandma <voice over or graphics>: Hot chicks <show photo of yellow fuzzy chick with a quick cut to our girl from the package.
