Search Engine and Advertising Site Designing.

Hello, I have a Site that is a Search Engine and it also has its own Advertising Site. I want someone to fully redesign the Homepage of the Search engine in PHP in a very new and unique look like a portal that will have auto scrolling news on it and finance info of companies which should be auto updating and more and it should have its own code not copied from other sites. I also want to fully redesign the advertising script located at "/ads" the designing should include the homepage and all its pages again in a unique and new look and code not be copied from other sites. The designing process includes logos and ad screenshots for the advertising site. Then i want also a news site that has auto update like google news and i need deal and coupon site like [login to view URL] in the same domain again in a unique and new look and code not be copied from other sites.
