Remodify websites - town/city - internal pages/links needed

I would like to make changes to the site. The key changes i would like are highlighted as follows * Adding a new town/county search function * Creating a sitemap * Improved graphics design layout .ie articles section and overall look * Adding more pages * Working on the login function.
