Redesign Magento Store

I have a live Magento store selling china, crystal, cutlery and gifts. The store has approx 7500 products in various categories. I am looking for Magento expert with strong design skills to totally redesign the whole website. I have chosen an existing Magento theme which I like so you will be required to implement the new theme and redesign all pages of the site to match new theme. My site has various layout changes from the standard Magento page layout so you will need to make similar changes to the layout after implementing new theme. You will be required design homepage and various banners, redesign all pages within site, product pages, category pages, make tweaks to checkout and shopping cart layout to suit my requirements. There are some additional pages for store information, policies, shipping costs, special offers etc. I have had a custom Gift Registry system added to the site which adds about 6 new pages to the standard Magento system. These pages will require some redesign and layout to fit with new theme. Although I have chosen an existing theme, I am quite flexible about the new design so I would be open to suggestions of other designs before making a final decision. The site is currently live so you will be required to copy site onto a development server during the project. When I am happy with the redesign you will copy to live server. You will need to be available on Skype during the job for regular chats, you will need good English language skills. This is more of a design project so no programming will be required however you will need to have good experience of Magento, CSS, HTML and the ability/knowledge to move various elements about on the pages so some PHP coding skills will be needed. I am quite particular about the way I want the site to look so you will be expected to work on project and make unlimited design/layout changes until I am completely satisfied (which may take several weeks) and your quote should reflect this.
