In need of someone that knows PHP and SMARTY TEMPLATE ENGINE. We currently have a working backend for a directory that is up and running. Everything on the backend is done. We have a design ( several Pages ) completed in Photo Shop and need the Photo Shop Files converted to the site to work with the SMARTY template pages. THIS sould be easy for someone that knows SMARTY TEMPLATES and PHOTOSHOP. Site has some files completed already but developer is slow at design and we need this site up and running quickly. the person we award this project to will be sent :a ZIP file of the template folder with everything you will need
