Online Testing site

I will require a sample of a previous job that demonstrates your skill in online testing development. Our branded online testing site will be housed on our server. Users will log in using the same password-log in from our corporate site; a link will be on our corporate site to get to testing site. Tests will be created via templates available to designated administrator; we need Multiple Choice templates and True False Templates. They both need the ability to upload .jpg into test questions. The user will press begin test (the clock will start), and then they will sit the test, choosing an answer from each question (M/C or T/F), showing 1 question at a time. They will then submit the test once they have finished (or the time runs out), and the score will be saved in their user account. The user then needs to be able to see their score immediately upon completion. The user needs to also track how their performance has changed from test to test using a simple table and graph. All users will be placed into groups, test scores will be shown to administrator of those groups via dashboard of results: test scores, time for tests, The administrator needs to also track how each users performance has changed from test to test using a simple table and graph.
