Metro Slider needed in wordpress - repost

Make a slider for me The slider would look like the attached when static. Multiple image tiles making up one large rectangle. However, the desired effects are: 1) Hover over effect: when the mouse hovers over the image tile, it is to go a light blue colour with the Speakers Name (post title) showing. 2) Link: When the image tile is clicked, the user is directed to the Speaker (post) page. 3) Effects: All tiles to have random effects - some flipping, some moving up and down or side to side.
