Just need assistance with some forum help

1. Left and Right Zone ad banner zones needed 2. center Banner in code 5. When i post in a forum i get this wierd add that pops up with advance add manager how can i either place an ad or image there. here is a link. [login to view URL] 5. Where can i add content to the News button on the first page? or how can i change the menu items? Members list apears twice. 6. where can i find the FAQ for the forum and what style did is used in the admin 7. How do i change Avatars easily i had to post the image in the ftp directory the select it from the default gallery. in the forum ??
