Joomla Video Site

I am looking for a custom design template for a Joomla based site that will include video. I need it to have a unique look/feel. Please show examples on what you have done before. The video component that will be used is [login to view URL] The overall premise of the website is that visitors can browse videos and upload videos. Our secondary initiative and overall goal, is to turn this into a social networking website where people blog, view people’s videos and photos, etc. As stated above, the entire video component will be [login to view URL] I just need a template that will have a unique design with an eyecatching front page design. I will need for you to come up with a design or have one of your own that I would like. The homepage need to be the most eyecatching. I need it to have a "Submit Video" link next to a predefined topic I will put and a "View Latest Videos" and "Top Video". All of these are actually included in HDVIdeoshare, I just need a front page design that will have those options as a focal point. Also, on the front page, I need space for blog entiries that are user submitted. I also need social media buttons on the page. I only need facebook and twitter. I need to make sure you FULLY understand what I need and see detailed examples of your quality of work before I reward the project. I need the complete mockup design before you begin. After you do the design, I can make payments based on each part of the project you complete. I will not make the entire payment up front. I will only pay after I see work done. Thanks.
