existing Joomla! Template need to be filled with existing Content of other Wesbsite

We need to move the content of [login to view URL] into this website [login to view URL] It´s a Joomla! based website and we have bought a template for it, which should be used: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] Beside the content of the old website, I have an amount of photos which should be placed in the background and in the content-area or even the head-slider to make the website appearing fresh and beautiful. Finally the website should contain all of the old content which should be prepared nice and appearing professional so no one who does not know the template, should be aware of that it´s a bought template. ;-) There is a flyer attached to this project, which should also show, how the "waved form" slider at the beginning should be modified if that is possible. That would be very nice, because that´s how they presented theirself until today. If not, we can forget about it. Finally we need to move the web to another server where you need to assist. Rules for bidding: Please don't send me anything generic that promotes you or your team, no need for any examples which don´t have any reference to this project.
