IP address needs removing from blacklists and find the spam sending virus within one of my websites - URGENT!

Project Description: One of the Joomla websites that is hosted on my ip address has had a virus/malware placed on it and has been sending spam emails from my ip address. I need my ip address removing from the blacklists and for the virus/malware to be removed urgently. This has caused many issues within all of my hosted websites and I am unable to send or receive emails from one of them, this issue also needs sorting out urgently. I need you to also do the following: Implement an SPF record Adding an SPF record prevents other servers from sending mail claiming to be from your domains. If adding an SPF record reduced spam then the issue was external and nothing to do with your server. An SPF record allows you to specify IP addresses that are legitimately allowed to send email for your domain name. The purpose being to stop spammers trying to use your domain name. This is done in the server settings area.
