msn client in delphi

Hello, I need a MSN client written in Delphi, it should have the basic functions like login ,contact list and basic chat. It must be developed in Delphi, and must be able to run on computers with no MSN installed. I need the complete source code as well. I have a working code in VB so if someone can port it to Delphi that might be a solution as well. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
