I need PHP code in an MVC structure that will use a MySQL database to control a category list using the Path Enumeration Model as described here: [login to view URL] The category list is for an accounting system and will contain 3 parts, the category name, the parent category and the category type. For example: Category Name Parent Category Type REVENUE - INCOME Subscriptions REVENUE INCOME Dues REVENUE INCOME EXPENSES - EXPENSE Salaries EXPENSES EXPENSE Editor Salaries EXPENSE Categories can be added at any level, category names cannot be duplicated in the same level, categories can be deleted but if the category is a parent category all the subcategories need to be deleted first. The working code would need to be displayed a simple webpage showing the category list and the ability to add/delete categories. Thanks,
