Magento Shopping Cart Modifications and Configuration Project

I have installed the Magento cart on my site and need someone that is VERY experienced in Magento template modification and configuring Magento to work to my specifications. I will be very detailed on what I want done to the site and the work that needs to be done. The coder must be experienced in working with Magento templates, PHP and CSS. Prior experience in modifiying Magento is a must. Please don't waste my time and money if you have not worked with it before. Coder will get full run of the site with all login info for the Magento admin and site FTP. I have created a new style for the store based on the Modern template and named it 'MDS' and that is the theme coder will be working with. Part One...Header Modification I want the links for My Account etc moved up to where the site category menu is now and floating to the right. The logo and graphic next to it will remain unchanged. But links must be at same level. I want the site category links moved down to the dark bar where the other links are now. The text CSS must be adjust for the move so that the links text is dark and the categories are light. Font size will remain the same. Category font must be bold. I also want the categories arranged so that Optics is the first one listed and the others in alphabetical order. Part Two...Category Listing Modification I want the Recently Viewed products configured and moved to the left column. I want the Price listing in every category. I also want a drop down box for manufacturers in the left column under the Price listing and when customer clicks on a manufacturer, all products in that catgeory for that manufacturer will display. I also want the manufacturer name to appear in the product listing above the product name in bold font. I also want the add to cart button to appear for all products, including the out of stock products. Part Three...Product Listing I want the manufacturer name to appear above the product name in bold font and same size font as product name. I want the Recently Viewed products box to appear in the left column. I want the Quick Overview text switched with the Product Description text. This is backwards right now and I want it fixed.
