Experienced Flash and Action Script 2 Developer Needed

We need a Flash/AS2 developer for our videochat software's flash side We will provide fla and as files for this job. We listed our wishes below - Flash design will change, we don't have PSD, we only have PNG file, so developer may need to design it on Photoshop - Developer should add translation feature on flash, for example all users will write in Turkish on chat input but performers should see this texts in Russian or Bulgarian. Also performers will write in Russian or Bulgarian and users will see texts in Turkish. We have a column on performer's database table, with this table developer can understand which language will be use (Bulgarian or Russian). You should use Google Translate for this translation job. - User's write permissions should set, for example if in user's database table "gold" column is 1, user can write. If this value is 0, user can't write and flash will show an information text about it (e.g. You should buy premium membership to write in chat room) Our system uses flash and action script 2 .
