277666 PHP Script mod and addition

We need a competent php person to modify some basic scripts that are running one of our websites and install to a new DIR, with new domain name and database on an apache server. The site allows users to upload multi types of media and files and to generate a web page that displays them. This web page URL link is emailed to a user defined list of email addresses We require an extra function written to allow users to restrict access to their uploaded media to only email addresses held in the predefined user email list (already part of user DB). On receiving an email from a user account, person will click on a link (like activation). Script will then check to see if that email address is on list before allowing access to the internally generated web page containing the media. Must have skills in Paypal and video/media uploading and display. Must also know about use of CRONTab manager, email functions and security issues with knowledge of preventing hacking, ongoing work for the right person. Scripter must be able to identify and fix bugs and come up with ideas for improvement. Potential for shared profit/commission for the right person. Must have good English and be able to use skype to communicate. This job is ongoing, we need a person to look after backend on request. We are an established site and have used and paid for freelance work before with good results for all concerned, no probs with payment. Initial work will be used as a trial for regular work and new developments. An advantage if you can use flex/ajax for new development work but not essential for this project as it just uses basic php.
