Finish ecommerce functionality in a wordpress site

I had someone put ecommerce functionality into a site. I posted it 3 days ago. He did a lot of the tasks I wanted, but I'm not sure he has worked with [login to view URL] or any of that. So finishing it up I'll pay $30-50 I believe he used ecart for wordpress Here is what I believe is left. It could be more, but I'm pretty sure this is left. 1. Connecting it to [login to view URL] 2. Making the checkout payment on the site rather then leaving it (I think that's why he gave up on this, because he didn't know how to do that). 3. Add coupon code. It will be editable via the backed. Make it so it you create a couponcode and it pertains to *a Dollar or Percentage off *number (the dollar amount or percentage amount) *1-time use, "always" use, or for specific SKUs *has an expiration date *allows for a SKU list, if the discount is limited to certain SKUs Coupon Code would be on the checkout page. They would click to enter it and it would refresh the page. Either that or it stays on the page. 5. I need the checkout page when they finish it and submit it to say your order has been successfully processed and it will email them this with a review of their order. Or say it could not be processed if it fails. 6. The Register button should say Add to cart. 7. Not related to that, but the the site has no login info, so I need them to find a way to go back to the cart if they don't want to checkout right away and leave the cart. So what I want is to have VIEW YOUR CART in the lower right hand side of the page. It will blink from lime green to blue. I want it so it sort of hovers there, and go along with you as you scroll up and down. 8. Edit the form fields on the checkout page. Again the programmer I hire didn't know how to do this. He didn't know how to do a lot of basic stuff so I'm thinking anyone with experience can easily do this work. If it's not the case you'll have to use a different free cart for wordpress.
