Update Wordpress Blog and integrate new theme

Hello, I run an older (german) wordpress blog in version 2.2.2 with default theme and some plugins. The job is to update this blog to newest (2.5 ?) version, update the plugins and may be install some small new ones, if they are theme related. (by sample analytics) Than integrate this theme into my blog: <[login to view URL]> More infos: <[login to view URL]> Good version I found: <[login to view URL]> Customize it and discuss with me the integration and give it a light blue touch (I show you my other parts of my website later, no hard things). Do some fine tuning and seo things which are up to date now in wordpress newest versions. Integrate some adsense by sample as in the reference in sideblock, between category items and in the posts. Work should be done on your server with my database. I should have access so I can directly improve things if needed. If all is ok it must be transfered to my server. More important than a bid in first step is, that you confirm you can do the job and that you understand the special theme you should integrate. may be you should install it first. Great if you can show me some me related wordpress work you have done before.
