seat booking system

Hi I am looking for a system that is quite simple it must display a pic which people can click on where they want to seat at our event. A person must register and login Once the person clicked on the seat the seat must marked as booked and an indemity form must emailed to the client we must be able to get a report of who booked seat. The client must fill in his name, surname and mobile number as well as nickname, password to register to use the booking system.
