Referral Analytics Application

I’m looking for a software developer to create an application that focuses on Referral Analytics, where I want insight into where the referring traffic is coming from for websites and landing pages that I’m interested in (but do not own). This is essentially going to be a competitive analysis tool. While there are many details that I’ll get into if you show interest in this project, the most important feature is that this software most show exactly where referring traffic is coming from, including all sub-domains for each referrer. For example, if I want to see where the traffic for a landing page I’m interested in is coming from, and in this case one of the referrers is MSN, then I would need to see [login to view URL] as the referrer, as opposed to just MSN.com. It needs to dig as deep as the actual referring page is. ***Please note that I'm looking to have Competitive Analytics software built - not analytics for my website. I'm looking for where my competitors get their traffic - which sites (and pages within those sites) are sending traffic to my competitors.
