Yahoo and Google Group Registration Script

This might be a simple php, asp script or a software but I leave it up to you. I am looking for a script/software that will search Yahoo and Google groups (and other groups like topica will be added advantage) based on search criteria (keyword e.g. marketing) and registers the given email address automatically to those groups or just one click to each group. I will provide a yahoo or google email address and password to register to those groups. Kindly let me know how much will it cost, how long will it take and similar projects if you have done in the past. Demo of the script could end up assigning this project to you instantly.
