Need script to submit name with email addy

Script Modification I have a cgi/perl script that works perfectly in the respect that a person can submit their email address through it, but I also need them to be able to submit their name along with it. The script is called like this: [login to view URL](#)[login to view URL] The email(#)[login to view URL] is the email addy of the person referring someone to my site to subscribe to my newsletter. Once subscribed, both the referrer above and the name entered into the [login to view URL] form are then linked together in a data file. None of the those script functions need to be changed. Only the ablility for a person to submit their name along with their email address to the autoresponder address variable listed inside of [login to view URL] The name does not need to show up in the logs.
