I have already written (and own) most of the source code for a similar SMTP e-mail portal. I'm based here in the U.S., near Austin, TX, have a U.S. BSCS and nearly 20 years experience creating computer hardware and software, much of that with Unix-derived systems, including Linux. I am a professional full-time contractor (not a moonlighter), so hiring me will not create conflict of interest or IP ownership issues.

I'm your guy. This can be done a lot easier with a custom mail handler. (If you are using sendmail) No scripts needed. Its all compiled in sendmail using m4. I have done several projects like this. Completing this project this way is also more stable. Sendmail is a very powerful and highly customizable daemon. please message me if more details are needed.

I also bring 10+ years experience in programming and more general systems administration to this task. Further, I am able to offer excellent American English communication skills which will smooth the project and ensure your satisfaction. Software will be developed in perl or python (my preference would be python, but perl is equally viable) and will use an Apache webserver for the frontend.
