WEB DESIGNERS & PROGRAMMERS NEEDED IMMEDIATELY! STEADY WORK! Dynamic e-Business company is in need of programmers (diversified back-end developers) and designers (Flash, XML, etc.). We are a highly efficient and productive organization who has experienced a tremendous spike in our business. As our growth continues we find ourselves in the position of outsourcing a number of high and low end web design and programming projects for our client base. We are seeking 2-3 reliable programmers and designers to begin work with us immediately. The majority of our projects consist of back-end applications revolving around database development, specialized scripting and integration. You may be required to possess front-end web designing experience in the areas of Java, HTML, CSS et al. This is an excellent opportunity to join a terrific new company and grow with us. The selected contractors will receive monthly compensation based upon their bid requirements and the number of project hours worked, provided the contractor adheres to the strict guidelines and requirements of the associated project(s). Contractors must possess a minimum of three (3) years of verifiable experience in Perl, PHP, MySQL, ASP, C++, VB for back-end elements and at least two (2) years of verifiable web design experience using Macromedia Studio software, as well as CSS, FLASH, JavaScript, HTML, et al. Please be ready to provide resumes, portfolios, URL's and references to actual projects you have completed within the past three (3) years. Also be certain to provide ANY relevant details to your experience and background you feel will be instrumental in our consideration of you as a contractor with our organization. CONTRACTORS MUST ALSO POSSESS A POSITIVE SCRIPTLANCE FEEDBACK RATING OF AT LEAST FOUR (4) SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED PROJECTS WITH NO NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. We will provide you with a monthly salary and regular consistent income. We require experienced very reasonably priced designers with minimum of 3 years expertise in the following web technologies: Extensive proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Flash and PhotoShop and/or Fireworks is required. Programming skills in PHP, Perl, ASP is preferred and a plus but not a requirement. If you have strong backend programming skills tell us, as it will weigh well in your favor. What our organization is looking for: It is our goal to provide our clientele with professional, top-level development of their project requirements. This is to be accomplished while maintaining nominal costs: therefore we are looking for ‘competitive' and reasonable bid rates, in exchange for steady and continuous projects. Understand that there exist a great number of programmers seeking steady income and we will be selecting the contractors who fit within our budgetary requirements, while possessing the greatest programming skill-sets. The PM will provide the contractor with a comprehensive understanding of the project programming and/or design requirements, instructions and details as to the projects development, the total project hours mandated for the project. We encourage creative minds with strong web graphics and web page layout skills. Our design approach is cool, clean and sophisticated creating design layouts that have design impact and excitement. Therefore, our PM's are always open to suggestions and creativity as to the most practical and efficient manners with which to complete the projects. Please take note: **All selected contractors will be required to accept and sign our contractor agreement inclusive of confidentiality and non-compete terms. **All work products created and provided by selected contractors, in association with SeaNyk e-Business, becomes the sole property of SeaNyk e-Business and its clients. **Compensation will be paid either through Paypal or an amicable source agreed upon between SeaNyk e-Business and the contractor. Expected Work: We are quality oriented and take particular care to both front end and back end design and programming, while paying particular and close attention to our clients site program functionality, design layout and details. You must be able to do the HTML build out of the page layouts once selected. Our PM's will frequently provide input, layouts, photography and templates, if available, for your use. However, you should possess the ability to work independently, expeditiously, professionally and creatively, as well as within the defined and specified guidelines and time parameters. For those charged with front-end designing, you may be required to develop conceptual layouts and multiple versions, in addition to partials, i.e. page headers, header layouts, partial flash headers, partial site sections and full-page layout comps. Clean web graphic design is a requirement. For those charged with back-end development, you must meet the strictest of coding standards using various programming applications, including C++, for full integration to the front-end with unparalleled functionality. You will be asked to develop operational admin DB's to support our clients needs as well. Prospects: Contractors who reside within North America are preferred, however, anyone who meets the established requirements of this posting and who possess excellent communication skills in English will be given consideration.
