332449 DaDa Mail customization

Have an open source email list management program called Dada Mail programmed in Perl and PHP. I want to be able to send one list 2 messages. The first message would go to the first part of the list the second message would go to the second part of the list. I want the list of emails to be sorted alphabetically with those recipients at the beginning of the alphabet receiving a different email than those at the end of the list. I want to be able to go into the coding and set where on the alphabet the list is seperated for those at the beginning and those at the end. I am not a programmer but for example sort list alphabetically - send 1st message to 1st part of list until it reaches the letter 'B'. Send 2nd message to all those beginning with letter 'B' Now the program is so when the user chooses to send out a message there is a message box and subject field for them to enter information for the email they are sending. I want another field created for the first message that will be sent without a subject The sending of emails needs to be programmed so that the emails are sorted in numeric/alphabetic order before sending. Those in the beginning of the list (cell phone email addresses) will receive a different email than those with normal email addresses. Another text field needs to be created for emails that are sent to the first part of the list. I want the program to send the emails as scheduled but to send the ones to the emails at the beginning of the list first. The text box being created should have a character counter and limit set. In the program there are other features that I want duplicated such as saving (archiving) the email that was sent. I would lie it so the text message that was sent was also archived and could be reused just as the regular emails archived email messages are saved and cann be used again. Another feature that is there now is the ability to modify the footer. I would want another field for modification of the footer of the message going out as text messages. I have attached an image of the page in question with an idea of how it may look when you are done. That is the page that has the extra text message area.
