PHP/MYSQL/OPEN SOURCE Developer Wanted

Entertainment Company looking for aggressive PHP/MYSQL/Open Source developers for an exciting project. We are looking to integrate a number of existing open source programs (webmail, message boards, chat rooms, CRM, etc) into one comprehensive program. We have a very clear vision and looking for others who can share in this vision. Intermediate to advanced programmers encouraged to apply. Must be agressive and demonstrate outside-the-box thinking. These positions are paid both on the front (up front check) and back (profit sharing). Entertainment industry (music, movies, television, sports) experience a PLUS, but not mandatory. 1. Please list appropriate experience in PHP/MYSQL/Open Source. 2. Any entertainment industry experience? If so, what in particular?
